Banned again. LoL. After months of absence I decided trying out
BFG*WURST again. I happened to run directly into Wurst. I gave him
a nice lesson, duh! :P 
Best thing is: I recorded a demo (tauntwurstondm2.dm3).
Check it out, you'll see how  I psychologically deceive him with
my BFG fire. All the time I do NOT use hook. Wurst doesn't as
well, except in the end. I did NOT use any cheats, aimbots,
wallhacks, zzz models, hook... nothing :)

A clean beating.

Ok, this is the story how I got banned on WURST BFG+HOOK server.
Basically Wurst accused me of cheating, he couldn't understand
how I managed to do some frags which were impossible from his
perspective. So he took demos of me and watched them in slow
motion, took more demos and discussed all of it with other
players (noobs basically in my opinion ;-).

However, he decided that I couldn't be clean and banned me.
This happened two years ago. Well, at that time I had taken a
break off of Q3, so I didn't really realize that I got banned.
After some time I just noticed that I couldn't reach any of his
servers. Which lead me to think that he must have changed IP or
his servers were down. But some other players told me his servers
were still active.

I didn't think about all that, because I did not believe he would
have banned me without speaking to me first, we had a good
relation at that time. Then after some time I was able to reach
the servers again. And I had started to play Q3 again. At that
time I heard some rumours about Wurst having me banned etc.

I didn't pay any attention to it. Maybe he banned some cheater
who just happened to have the same IP range I had... But then,
when I was playing for a few weeks, I met him on the server. He
didn't say much, but he said "grish dont cheat" and immediately
disconnected.

Well that pissed me of. The rumours turned out to be true. This
was the time to make my point ;-) So I started playing with a nick
BAN4PWNAGEDONTLIE on his server. When he finally got on the server
again, he saw my name and kicked me right after saying "I think I
am getting envious" in german. Of course he banned my IP range 
again... :P

The next day I spoke with him on msn. He told me how much effort
he had put in proving me cheating, which really is an honour for
me, hehe. He said that in those demos I was able to frag players
that I wasn't able to see, hear or recognize in any other way.
As an example for this he mentioned a situation on dm3. He said
someone spawns and runs into the dark corner of the map (he meant
the one were the haste spawns), next thing you see is BFG fire
flying to the corner and AFTER that you see me coming there.

He claimed that without cheats nobody would be able to have seen
someone standing in the corner. He neglected to mention other
situations but he said it was all the same. At this time I just
told him that don't need to see a player to know were he is. I
use the BFG fire to test if someone is there.
You know if I hear that I hit something I know there is an enemy
and of course I fire more if he isn't dead due to test fire
already.

Well, I made a screenshot after that discussion. A screen how I
see that particular corner and it is clearly to see for everyone
that I am able to see a player standing there even without zzz
models. I don't know how it must have looked from his view.

Anyway, after that discussion he unbanned me. I told him thx for
unban but I just wanted to know if he still had the demos.
Because I could have put them here on the site if it was such a
great material that an experienced player and admin was lead to
think that I used cheats ;-) I'm always looking for good demos
because I often forget to record the games. And those I do
record are often not as good as some other games...

I told him that I didn't plan to play on his server again, maybe
connect there to chat with some others. Why should I play on
his server if he still thinks I was cheating? If I play too good
again the story would just start all over. No, there are lots of
servers on which I'm welcome and nobody thinks I cheat.

When I finally asked him why I rule on dm17 as well, a map on
which cheats aren't any help on a BFG server, he didn't answer
me anymore. Would have been interesting to hear what kind of 
cheats I would use on that map, because a wallhack is useless
there and an aimbot as well. With an aimbot I wouldn't be able
to frag someone while he is flying in the air with a BFG.

So that's the story, I have put the screen of the dm3 corner and
a rather average demo of dm17 here, so you can decide for
yourself if I am a cheater :P I also put here a log of the final
conversation I had with him, so you can see that all of this is
just as I say.
